Help - apartment price negotiation

ma village lo oka new apartment sale ki vachindi. price vachi 22 lakhs anta - 2 bed 2 bath. naku enduko price chala ekkuva anipistundi. how to find the reasonable price and how to negotiate?

Villages & towns lo apartments enduku bhayya. Take land or independent houses(both living & investment). Long term lo manchi appreciation untadhi.

Big cities lo aithe living ki apartment ok and for investment too it's ok.

negotiation ante, send someone & find out how much others in that building paid for their apartments. Also chuttu pakkala unna buildings lo kuuda kanukko. Final ga decide ayyaka, take some people with you who are good at bargaining. Velle mundhu oka price fix chesuko that you will not go above that and stick with that not matter what.

apartments are typically good for urban areas where land prices are high

even if you get a deal and buy the apartment, you will have to wait for the cultural shift in people to buy apartments in rural areas

my advice, buy land (even if 150 sq yards), build your own home, this will hold its value

if you have to buy it anyway, i would start with 18 lakhs, he may give it as all apartments may not have be sold yet

Bhayya village lo apartments for living not a great idea. Pina vere bhayya cheppinattu villages lo apartment culuture anthaga undadhu. Value appreciate aye chances kuuda takkuva.

Better to buy a plot and build a house. Manchiga value perugutadhi future lo.
