Excuse antey.. thunderstorms and extreme winds @timmy bro... its not safe to run out during that weather times...so I am not going out... not to avoid exercises... I am doing body weight exercises during that time. dani valla naa run/jog schedule debba tintundi.... intlo untey atleast I wont skip ani..

I TRIED ALL THE TREADMILL , PROFORM KUDA TRY CHESA , THEY ARE HARD ON YOUR KNEES 

any thing less than 1500 dollars is not good ani na personal opinion 

usually GYM style treadmill is good one , which are run around 2000
