I heard this from many....those who applied in august last week got it in a week. 

For me (applied on august 16th am), online account is activated, but need to wait for the card to arrive. I am suspecting they botched up mailing the cards and they are lost.

MP app down load cheskunnava @Crazy_Robert ? aa app lo login ayi nee account lo chuste .. card shipped ani oka section untadi.. andulo chudu.. shipped or not ani... 

Aug 15th na order chesina vallandariki Aug 25th tarvata shipping chesaru.. em postal service o kani min 2 weeks padthundi delivery ki.... only some of CA CO MD people who applied on Aug 15th & 16th before 3PM EST got their cards by Aug 30th. remaining vallaki shipped on Aug 25th ani chupistundata...
