Speeding Ticket - must appear in court

I have travelled from NJ to LA and LA to NY. Most of the west have 75 speed limit on highways. NEVADA, NEW MEXICO, KANSAS, UTAH, COLORADO, INDIANA, ARIZONA, OKLAHOMA. But ARIZONA roads r best, then comes kansas full of greenery all the way along.  As far as i remember there is 80 limit in UTAH. 

 

And coming to reckless driving, it you are above 30 than posted speed limit it comes under reckless driving. And for every extra mile above 30, u have to pay DRA fee for 3-4 years depending on state. So you are driving extra 21 miles than posted speed limit. So u r safe in one way.
