raja, its waste to search in truthfinder website. Go to DMV pay the req amt to pull you driving history. There is nothing thats comes freely in USA. And as you have go the speeding ticket recently, it will take time to update your records till the issue is resolved.

attorney avasaram ledu vayya.. just call the court clerk and tell them that you want to come to court and they will give you a date and time.

There is no thumb rule to have an attorney..

just appear infront of the judge when they call your name, and them you plead guilty. most of the NJ county courts will waive off atleast 2 points and reduce the fine. Period.

See, upt0 80-85...in most cases its can be managed...anything over 90, is an alarm..

Naa di IL license. DMV vaadi tho phone lo maatladina last month, emaina tickets unnaya naa records lo ani adigina levu annadu. neeku gurthu undo ledo, naaku warning ticket padinidi MD lo ani post veste reply ichhinav. neeku nammakam unte court lo defend chesuko ani.

And coming to reckless driving, it you are above 30 than posted speed limit it comes under reckless driving. And for every extra mile above 30, u have to pay DRA fee for 3-4 years depending on state. So you are driving extra 21 miles than posted speed limit. So u r safe in one way.

above 30 kadu....above 20..! atleast 30-35 states have this rule...guess only 3-5 states have the rule of 30...but all other states, 20 over the speed limit is reckless or criminal speeding...but nothing less than that...

ok. I was caught on 99mph in NY. So based on the info i said that. I got 8 points at that time. 1160 fine along wih DRA assesment
