I have diff state DL. so cop said, there is no need to attend to court. If you have AZ DL then its mandatory to attend to court. Even if i would have hired attorney he would have decreased speed limit to 30. It would have saved me few points along with fine, but same amount of money would have gone to attorney. So I thought was of time and pleaded guilty. Add according to NY laws any no of points will be waived of in 18 months. I didnt think abt insurance premium at that time. But luckily NY points didnt get transferred to my state. Quote
