i found one more solution ... if you are married ask your employer to apply for H4EAD for your wife and then file FOIA for H4EAD application.

H4 EAD FOIA lo you get your eye 1four 0 copy .....enjoy .

yes since you don't need I-140 for any legal immigration purpose until your priority date is current I guess...

How does it help man, 3 months for H4 EAD and then another 4 months for FOIA. If you apply directly you get it in 4 months right?
