so my question enti antey,

Spouce  H1 daridram baleka emaina aindi anukondi na approved I-140 tho H4 EAD apply cheyoccha? Or nenu client change kabatti option undada? Na old emp ey cheyalaa? Or ft offer cheysina vallu cheyala?  if it is silly question... 

added: oka vela nenu malli Old emp ki velthey edaina contract job tho, valla daggara already approved 140 undi kabatti direct H4 ead apply cheyoccha?

H-4 Ead antha easy kadu apply cheyadam H-1 status nundi. First H-1 to H-4 which takes 3 months if in USA india ki velli vasthe pretty easy and then H4-EAD which takes some more time..

I dont see any issue bro. Ma annayaki 140 2012 lo Approve ayyindhi.. he changed company in Nov 2016 . His wife EAD ni 2017 march lo renew chepinchadu.. he used old 140 and current I797 Approval document for the process and it got approved.

 

H4 EAD ki required documents are 140 approval and valid I797. I think you are fine to apply.

Check with the attrorney once for any questions.
