babu its vice versa.. ikkada manaku companies short notice ichinatte... manam kuda 15 days notice ichi dengei antam... India lo employee vellalante 90 days... company peekalante 30 days.. this is hypocrisy...

Nelaku 10lacs people adding to job market, but only 10 thousand jobs being created. 

 

Only big companies cannot cater market needs.

Unemployment and expectations are very high now in India, it is going to cost MODI election in 2019
