Any one used/ using Volkswagen car above 100k miles ?

I see a Volkswagen Jetta with 88k miles for 5000$ in my location. 

So need opinion if I can buy this car or not.

stay away from German cars >100k

Yeah good deal...88k ante..check for tires and brakes..usually 40k the max norm aina..two times change chesi vundali...

and..for $5000...not a bad deal..it will serve your need for commute..nothing fancy but dependable..i have seen jetta's going as far as 150k-180k..

even Small VW cars like Polo will run for 150K (petrol) and 250K(diesel) with out any major issues. 

may face some minor issues like, changing Timing belt or coils or spark plugs
