i140-job change question

naku just 1 week back 140 approve ayindhi

they are starting to lay off people in my team and sending everything to offshore now (full time)

2 questions:

1. naa 140 approve ayyi 1 week ayindhi so if I move to new job -can I still retain this date and port (i don't know if they revoke my i140)?

2. nenu full time so naa employer immediate ga revoke chestado ledho telidhu, if yes (revoke chesthe) how much grace period vuntadhi before changing jobs. I don't know if there is any other option to maintain visa status along with this current employer now..

Nuvvu client ki full time ayithe nee condition mee manager ki cheppi, atleast vere team lo chance undemo adugu..Okka sari I-140 revoke chesthe nee PD gone...6 months taruvatha you are good to go for any H1-B transfer with keeping your current PD.

Employer revoke chesesthe..ela use PD ela use chesukuntav...6 months wait cheyali I-140 approve ayyaka..employer maradaniki.

you have to be with the same employer for at least 180 days to  retain your PD
