Yes but they have to take action against such employees, they have to make them accountable. Entire Airline can't be blamed but if they don't take action on the employee who spoke such a way, then they are supporting that kind of behavior.

same thing happened to relatives with air france ...flight returned to toronoto and air france satff ledhu evaru leru ...tickets echeyvallu leru they waited until 10 pm 500 members line lo nilchoni malli 2 members unnaru antay anta to take care ...next day flights levvu last ki next day 10 ki flight book chesaru ....it happens somtimes but airfrance gave hotel and compensation of around 500.
