looks like complaint chesina vadu business meda travel chesadu! why couldnt he pay for it himself and put it on company expense instead of going through all this BS! Personal travel ayte almost all CC's now provide complimentary insurance.. pay chesi return ochaka claim cheskunte saripotadi!!

Matter of fact any airline will deal with economy class passengers as if they were allowed to travel for free.. premium cabin passengers are their money trees!!

Yes good point ilanti incidents ayyeppudu better to record them as proof for later. Hopefully that lady isn't lying ledante when people really face these kind of incidents there will be no help or sympathy in the future.

Take the action against the guy if there is proof. Don't need to make big deal with just one incident.

Airline industry is one of the most distressed industries at the moment and especially with the kind of passengers flying these days, it's not surprising.  Every day 2.5 Million people fly and you can imagine how crazy people can be sometimes.
