Pilot has better 3rd row leg room, higher cargo volume & better fuel efficiency than highlander

Depends on your preferences vayya. 

Hilander and pilot are both good cars. Major difference is third row space. Third space is very limited in Highlander, sufficient for small kids. But interior design is better in Highlander.

If you need third row space for adults go for Pilot. It got the quick acceleration  and bit lengthier than Highlander. 

Don't have much idea about Qx60 and Atlas. Check for the Atlas mileage.
