H-1B transfer petitions and extensions/amendments are not yet eligible for Premium Processing. USCIS will make these categories of H-1Bs eligible for Premium Processing once they are ready to take on the additional workload.

09/18/2017: USCIS Announces Today it Resumed Premium Processing Services for FY-2018 H-1B Cases

• Starting September 18, 2017, USCIS will resume premium processing for all H-1B visa petitions subject to the FY 2018 cap. USCIS previously resumed premium processing H-1B petitions filed on behalf of physicians under the Conrad 30 waiver program, as well as interested government agency waivers and for certain H-1B petitions that are not subject to the cap. Premium processing remains temporarily suspended for all other H-1B petitions, such as extensions of stay.
