Yes DACAs should be given a chance as well. However, while letting DACAs into the mix proper vetting procedures haven't been established and some of the DACAs weren't able to establish their presence during the times they were in the US. That's one of the problems behind completing the vetting process, which is precisely why Ms Stock was against including DACAs into this program. 

Btw, the program was a very big success till the time DACAs were included into the mix. I am not blaming DACAs btw here, they just availed an opportunity they were given. However, the administration should have ensured that there were proper checks and balances before handing out those contracts. Now they just the life of some of those DACAs at stake.

No they won't be Indian citizens after they get naturalized anymore. Then they won't be given the OCI card.
