Yes that's why there's a lawsuit going on this issue in Washington DC district court now. The previous hearing was over on 22nd of August and the next one is in the first week of October. The judge is aware of the humanitarian crisis these people might be facing if they were to be deported. 

90% chances are that the majority of those people belonging to countries like China are going to be granted asylum.

The judge in the case is peeved at the handling by DoD. Google Stephanie Miller she's the one that mangled the whole program, of course abetted by Obummer's incompetence.

Atleast Indian citizens in MAVNI ki safe enti ante, India will not prosecute or take any adverse action against anyone who's enlisted in a foreign military even if they weren't to be naturalized.

Ledu I didn't mean to get into political discussion there just saying that it's become a political issue now with the law suit. But yes Chinese MAVNIs have it way worse, manollaki kontha mandiki arey manaki enduku ee provision leda anipinchindi kaani I think we should consider ourselves lucky. 

Worst case lo India poyina no negative repurcussions, chinese MAVNIs ki asylum deny ayithey they will be in a major major trouble. Some of them have even asked about the procedure to apply for asylum to Canada.
