Govt edo oka help chestadi but DoD ni force cheyyaleru evaru kuda to do certain things

Yeah DoD can't be forced, now DoD is trying to throw the blame on DHS last time court lo comedy jarigindi I was at the hearing. DoD lawyer oka ammayi unprepared ga ochindi finally she threw the blame on DHS, idi homeland security vallu cheyali ani. Judge wasn't happy, but national security ani final ga idi Public Injunction kakunda choosukunnaru.

If the judge(another lady) had given a PI(Public Injuction) it would have been a class action lawsuit and all the MAVNIs would have sued DoD.

At the end of the day atleast those MAVNIs who face persecution back home should be taken care of. Although I will be disappointed if things don't work out positively, I have no fear of life or anything even close if I weren't to get into the program. Life goes on as usual

im not so sure abt that..US does have a bad rep whn it comes to protecting or taking care of ppl who helped them overseas.

They ditched the doctor who helped us identify Laden..he is pakistani jail now. and they are refusing to provide medical help to wounded peshmarga forces in iraq..who r fighting isis.

But one thing i was very proud of was @5:10 The peshmarga officer told that India has accepted 52 soldiers to help them with treatment...goosebumps anthe

In some cases they did help though esp that Afghani civilian who saved the Marine's life as shown in the Lone Soldier. I think they got him to the US and granted him citizenship so he can stay here.

Sad case of the doctor who helped identify Bin Laden.

No they can be sued, DoD gets sued all the time btw.

But in this case, it would have had to become a class action lawsuit to initiate the process against them, however the judge didn't let that happen. End of the day DoD ni negative ga choopinchaleru kadaa, although they have got enough bad press so far.
