Judge wasn't happy, but national security ani final ga idi Public Injunction kakunda choosukunnaru. If the judge(another lady) had given a PI(Public Injuction) it would have been a class action lawsuit and all the MAVNIs would have sued DoD. Quote
tennisluvr Posted September 20, 2017 Report Posted September 20, 2017 At the end of the day atleast those MAVNIs who face persecution back home should be taken care of. Although I will be disappointed if things don't work out positively, I have no fear of life or anything even close if I weren't to get into the program. Life goes on as usual Quote

They ditched the doctor who helped us identify Laden..he is pakistani jail now. and they are refusing to provide medical help to wounded peshmarga forces in iraq..who r fighting isis. But one thing i was very proud of was @5:10 The peshmarga officer told that India has accepted 52 soldiers to help them with treatment...goosebumps anthe Quote

I think they got him to the US and granted him citizenship so he can stay here. Sad case of the doctor who helped identify Bin Laden. Quote

But in this case, it would have had to become a class action lawsuit to initiate the process against them, however the judge didn't let that happen. End of the day DoD ni negative ga choopinchaleru kadaa, although they have got enough bad press so far. Quote
