Top director S S Rajamouli suddenly met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday at CM's office in Amaravathi. He was seen discussing the designs of government buildings with the CM in the upcoming capital city.

Initially, S S Rajamouli showed no interest in this job as he said he is not fit for such a role. At the time, he had stated that he was a plus two pass out who discontinued his graduation.

He also confessed that he did not have the right knowledge on a complex subject like architecture. So, he asked to be excused by Naidu. But that was six months back.

However, much to the surprise of the people of Andhra Pradesh, Rajamouli met CM Naidu and even participated in discussions with architectural firm Norman Foster in creating and finalising the designs for government buildings in Amaravathi.

Sources close to Rajamouli say the director is keen in participating in construction of the capital and assembly. Since he has gained plenty of knowledge by building the kingdom of mahishmati.

The invitation from the Andhra Pradesh government has come handy for the acclaimed director who achieved national recognition with 'Baahubali 1' and 'Baahubali 2'.

The massive sets erected for both the films could also be one of the reasons why Babu is keen on getting advise from Rajamouli regarding the buildings.
