I have been 3 times but they never checked where was the Visa issued from. That said, I personally think that Italy and France consulates are very tough to get an appointment. When I was living close to NYC I emailed many consulates once for an immediate appointment. Netherlands and Brussels were very friendly. When I got the visa from Netherlands I visited AMS and Italy. When got the visa from Brussels, visited Paris and Swiss. It was never an issue. When you go for the visa, give reservations for flights, hotel etc (make sure all are refundable). Check dates with your local consulates first. Netherlands took 10 days, Brussels took 7 days from the NYC locations. Usually the application process is straightforward and self explanatory. Keep in mind not every consulate operates the same way. Emanna Qs unte PM me. Awesome. Thanks dude! Quote
