nissan Posted September 26, 2017 Report Posted September 26, 2017 If its a T&M contract then it is 4000 hours or 24 months (not sure if they changed it to 30 now) which ever comes first . If by that they hire you as fte you are safe otherwise they will send you home on one fatefull friday telling today is last day Quote
phatposts Posted September 26, 2017 Report Posted September 26, 2017 125K number is nice. Kaani nee H1b, GC emavutayo choosuko. If you haven't started your GC process getting your GC initiated on Day 1 is a good way to get in. If your GC is already initiated I do not recommend leaving the current employer unless you have 140 approved for more than 180 days. This not for priority date mainly, but to extend H1b beyond 6th year etc. Ivanni neekku OK aithe, malli 30 months ayyaka H1B transfer chesukovali. Daaniki willing aa? Quote
Sampoornesh_babu Posted September 26, 2017 Author Report Posted September 26, 2017 I have 140 from my current company and approved more than 180 days. But as u said i may need to chnage other employer after 2 years..naa priority fate 2015 ..so getting gc will take 15+ years..so we need to keep vhanging on h1bs..not sure if everyone is doing the same..
