You Train them at least a week to Gain Confidence, like your Details Mainly.

My Parents had it:

 Where does your Son work?

How long is your Stay?

Purpose of Visit:?

Annual Salary?

Is he FT or Contracting?

nothing needs to be trained or need to make any preparation..

mostly if MIL is coming ante, either the spouse must be pregnant or must be busy with job and unable to look after the house..

if its the first case, convey the message clear and loud and you should get the visa for sure..
