Bhayya, maa employer aithe current W2 or paystubs tho annual pay antha vastadho adhi cheppamannadu. Hourly cheppaku. Nee W2 figure ni yearly intha ani cheppu or monthly paystub ni year ki calculate chesi cheppu.

LCA lo min untadhi. Adhu chepodhu annadu as they check paystubs & W2.

Offer letter was from 3 yrs old. Employer gaadu rendu hike letters ichadu offer letter pay to current pay hike justification ki.

When I went for stamping, officer naa paatha W2's ANNI check chesadu.
