The film only grossed $44,802 from 214 locations on Thursday to take its overall tally to $1,183,205. Buyers are shell shocked with the alarming drop as the film needs to gross more than $4 Million to be a safe venture. Last week’s release Jai Lava Kusa dropped completely with two new releases this week. It collected only $5,982 on Thursday from 73 locations. Jai Lava Kusa total currently stands at $1,467,292. It needs decent second weekend to breakeven. Friday release Mahanubhavudu had a very ordinary opening despite very good reviews. The film just grossed $85,581 from Thursday premieres which is below par considering the costs involved. This weekend is going to be crucial for all the three films as they need to recover a large amount of money. Quote
