Impact on h4 ead after changing the employer

I have an  approved i140 Which was approved 2 years ago and planning change the employer for full time . Can I still apply h4 ead for my wife even after i change the employer using  my previously  approved i140. Suppose if my wife's h4 ead is approved before I change the job , is ead still valid after the job change ?

Yes its valid you can use it. U can change
