H4-EAD Receipt Number ekkada pattali

My Company attorney(who does my H1-B) applied for H4-EAD. I paid for it though. Receipt # ekkada pattali?? Attorney emo encash chesina check venakala Receipt number untadi annadu. Check electronically encashed so no images ani bank vaadu antadu. What to do now? 2+ months ayindi apply chesi.
