25 dollars ichukovadam mestri ki sababena..... eappudu adigina aa karchuluntaayi , e karchuluntaayi antaadu. malli anni nene kattukuntaa.... ippudu nadustunna model eanti ?

 

earlier times GC or EAD used to come within 4 to 5 years so there wont be much to loose. but now taking forever , loosing much more money

Prime vendor gadu 30 theesukunte em anam manam but employer thinte full feel avutam. Prime vendor just timesheets invoice chestadu but employer visa kooda chestadu. Neeku vache billing lo 25% employer theekunte that's fine and fair because he has to pay 7% tax on ur pay and also if your employer has good staff like HR and account manager and timesheet department then it is worth because he is spending money on his staff.  25% kante ekkuva theesukunte adugu
