dont know... there have been talks that there should be some sort of amendments to the constitution and only then the referendum can be considered... right now em avvudho no one knows but the catalan people wants to break up with spain strongly.

They might influence Spain or Act in favour of Catalonia( which is unlikely).

Spain doesn't want to let go such a rich region so they will try to suppress it as they have been doing it.
