Hi,

Ma friend car ammadu naku. 13,500 current KBB value. Full cash pay chesa.

Registration ki vellali. Dani price title lo 1000$ pedatha so that takkuva tax kattochu. 

Emaina problem avutunda for either of us if I do this?

Naku tellsi vallu NADA value paina registration fees calculate chestadu nuvu pette price paina kadu..atleast this happened to me in boston.

GIFT option best or tell them car has some mech issues hence cheaper price if asked in DMV
