The reality was...Then speaker Kiran Kumar Reddy mediated between Balayya and Govt. and it was under the suggession of KVR Ramchander Rao and Kiran Kumar Reddy, Balayya walked free... Kiran Kumar reddy and Balayya are close friends from Nizam College days and they still are good friends... Quote
