Walsh , Ambrose are the best fast bowlers i have seen,. Both got very smooth action. 
They are not nasty nela ticket pellows like aussies, thye just bowl straight and get the batsmen out with thier skill, not with sledging. 


wathc Fire in Babylone movie its about WI team in 1980's. How they transformed from normal team to a best team every one scared of to face them. 



Gavaskar got better technique than Sachin i think, he faced fast bowlers like,  Marshall, Croft, Holding, garner, jeff Thompson, lilley, Imran, Hadlee, Bob Willis, its not easy tpo face them even in indian pitches. 
with no helmets, no restrictins on bouncers. 

But in modern era you can't compare sachin with any other players even in current generation.

Have to accept Gavaskar was gutsy and was confident of his technique didn't even wear helmet but later wore skull cap and faced these WI greats and that too as a opener.

No wonder Gavaskar is admired more than sachin in WI.

no that series was played in England, where WI started dominate the world

Sachin faced Marshall & Imran he had the technique to adjust to them, perth test 1992 lo century na bhutho na bhavishat.

nenu ade cheppa, modern era lo, you can't campare sachin with any one, even with current generation. 

he is too far a head
