This is initiated by the clark county official himself to provide immediate relief, medical assistance and immediate financial assistance. As we know more than 500 people were injured in this attack and they need help. This is called as a relief. 

This fund has already collected  $4 million in one day and still going stronger and we can expect the money collected would go to all the victims of the brutal attack.

In contrast to some of the mismanaged and scam tainted gofund initiated to make the victims pretty rich.
