level-1 wage for visa stamping

last year H1b vachindi e year India veltunna next week,ma employer emo level-1 wage kindane unchadu na LCA,is there going to be any problem at stamping?? or at port of entry? or should I ask my employer to file immediately for level-2 wage LCA,if so how many days does it takes to approve? my visa is on 16th OCT.thank you.

LCA approval take 1-2 weeks , My suggestion ask him to update LCA but you need to file amendment with it

uncle level-1 wage h1b approval ki link stamping tho sambandam undadu

visa stamping lo level-1 wage gurinchi adgadu mostly he will ask try to see LCA amount is matching with w2, paystubs, mee employer history and so forth...

not sure if visa officer can question on level-1 wage issues..

LCA 60k nee,w2 lo total 100K undi including bonus,any issue?? migatha anni clean unnai.

u tell although wages are at level1...my current job requires special skills like coding certain scenarios in a particular manner for the application we are developing, making sure the functionality is per requirement by testing it in multi-dimensional criteria,  maintaining code-compliance and versioning. I studied masters in so n so subject to acquire these skills and taking extended training also for future requirements....
