Vizag lo real estate konchem ekuve antaru, but not as high as hyd

that being said, antha price peti konatam waste

Hyd lo antha rate pettina konadaniki IT/MNC crowd baga undi, vizag lo adi nil no companies etc. Antha rate petti konevadu sontham gane pedda illu kattukuntadu

Agreed. 2 crores bank lo vesukunte 14 lakhs interest vasthadi year ki naa matta.

I wonder how true the above statement is ! Pendurthi, Sabbavaram, Chintalagraharam lanti areas lo afford cheyochu and they are within 25 KM from RTC complex.  Ekkada land rates around Rs 3000 to 7000 / sq yd vundhi eppudu , so 200 * 7000 = 14 L.. 15 L middle class afford cheyalera ?? just asking ..

naaku thelisi if ur willing to spend 20 L now (in 2017) u will get more than 200 sq yd of land within 20 to 25 KM range from city center like RTC complex or maddilapalem.

vizag lo ippudu middle class kastam...no good jobs like what it was in the 80s and 90s...now its on the downslide! thanks to centralized development by cbn saab!
