3.4 7/1 ARM unnattu undi gaa.. and 3.9 20 years fixed  .. refinance adds closing costs again.. something is fishy if  they say zero closing costs for refinance. also recent loan ki credit check padi untadi gaa .. immediate gaa refinance antey nee APR increase autundi

4.35 is too much.. currently interest rate for 30 years is 3.7. If you credit score is about 740 and all other documents are ok, you should get 3.8 as rate with zero closing cost... recent ga maa frnd teesukunnadu for 3.6 when it was at that rate.

1. I did close my house 3 months back with home point financial. You can try. Got him from Zillow. Saw good reviews and approached . Gave me 3.75% for 30 years. for 15% down . No PMI ( i negotiated this) also closing cost are less as he gave me vendor credit.
