Why workday? I have heard people mention here several times that those positions aren't usually open to those that require sponsorship.

My suggession : If you already have a job in hand and getting ready for workday, go ahead.

If you do not have a job in hand and want to prepare and get into workday, STAY AWAY...It is a suicide.

I saw couple of guys who lost everything on the hopes of getting a job on workday and are now struggling to make the both ends needs.

Its a customization job and will not need a specialist to get the job done.
