I don't know if I can call it my favorite, but I certainly would agree that life is better off living in the US than India for the most part.

It is. No argument there.

But the justice system is not at all better here. In terms of executing innocent people, US stands right on top of the developed world. The prison population is 25% of the world's prison population. If you are black, your conviction is 3 times more probable. People serve more than 10 years for non violent drug crimes (as simple as possession of marijuana). There's plenty more

Yes totally agree with you on that one. The prison system here is totally biased and aimed at creating revenue for the private firms that maintain these prisons.
