u want my chicken pakodi recipe ?

500 grams 1 oz sixe peices either with bone or smaller boneless pieces

2 tea spoons ginger garlic paste

adequate chillipowder, salt, garam masala

use only corn flour/starch fro that crisp texture, crack an egg 

mix everything well and rest for 30 minutes and add little water if its dry or add flour its its wet 

fry well in oil until color is good

Chicken wash chesaka..15 min strainer lo unchali so that all the water drains out

marinate with chili powder,turmeric,salt,coriander powder only

now fry whole garam masala in oil and add onions,chilies.dont fry onions too much,when onions turn transparent add ginger garlic paste.fry till you get nice aroma, then add marinated chicken.dont close the lid immediately.

just stir it until all the water dries out and then close the lid until chicken cooks

once the chicken is cooked and a little dry..add khus khus(gasagasalu) and coconut paste.stir it until it is dry..add garam masala,coriander leaves and min leaves 5 min before switching off the stove

then add lots of a$$hole burning chillipowder , curry leaves and coriander in tat mix and fry in peanut oil

Adi Kerala kaadu...mana Telugu vaaladi...if you don't like coconut then just add only gasagasala paste
