Drop box queries

Is drop box applicable for the following scenario as I am planning to go to India.

1. Moved to New employer 6 months back and I have h1 till 2020. There is no w2 as I started my employment in jan 2017

2. Is dependant and child applicable for drop box??( 1 St time travel to US)
