It's also genetics I believe bro. Esp Indian women lo idi commonly noticed but ikkada local ammayilani choodu even after marriage and kids they look so athletic and fit for the most part. So I don't think it's completely hormonal, diet and workout habits also affect this. 

I don't think most Indian women esp after marriage workout much, atleast I haven't seen a single one so far at a gym.
