Aa kid ki dreams undakoodada, do you know anything about the kid at all? If he grew up here he's just like any other American kid you see. They aren't begging for a GC, they are asking for a chance for them to prove themselves as equal to any other American child that grew up here.

They are questioning a system that put them on the back burner for no fault of their own, inspite of playing it by the book every step of the way. Their fight is a just fight, don't make a mockery out of it.

tennisluvr kaka that is the irony of their situation visa leni poragallaki DACA icharu but visa unollaki matte

Schools should have kept a note and all the H1 dependents kids should have been reminded time and again every year that they are here temporarily. Atleast that will make these kids to force their parents to either go back or look for other options.

if nothing works out atleast kids would know that they are only visitors and not permanent residents

It's a far greater loss to the US, these kids are educated in the US and a lot of them could contribute far more to the US than the ones that come over here in droves on family based GCs. So essentially this is US shooting itself in the dick, these kids for the most part would never go back to India. They might prefer another Western nation or even Dubai as someone mentioned, over going back to India.

That is open discrimination, it's equivalent to how US had separate faucets and bathrooms for Whites and Blacks before the civil rights movement. Such discrimination is against the US constitution and the spirit of America. Such discrimination would subject these kids to further bullying among their peers.

Thank God the schools don't think that way in the US, plus even if the kids were illegal the schools would never reveal the legal status of the kids to anyone else. In this case, these kids aren't even technically illegal/undocumented.

Yes now it’s too late for them. Atleast if they try to do it in future they will be reminded of their status.

Feel bad for the kid and also at the same time..... he shouldn't be comparing himself to American Born Kids, Just because he grew up here doesn't make him equal............ he should know he and his parents are here in US on Temporary visa.

Chattam tana pani taanu cheskupotundi. Ikkada situation andaridi okkate. He's not alone.

Time bad ayyithe manam andaram kooda India ki povalsinde.
