But to return, he needs to go for consular processing to renew visa stamp (assuming it expired with I94 or previous H1)) Quote

perugu_vada Posted October 10, 2017 Report Posted October 10, 2017 Sep 30 ki h1 expire ayi, if his h1 extn documents were sent to uscis by sep 30, then i94 expire aina no issues, he can stay and work legally yes, india kuda travel cheyochu, valid passport unte chalu to travel to home country, but ask him to avoid going via european countries Quote
