since humans decided to live in modern industrialised world, where everyone is equal (atleast in spirit). May be you don't want India to ever become one. I want India to become one.

This is not a victim game. She's just stating the obvious. She didn't lodge a complaint, because she's okay with losing chances. If she filed a complaint, that would be okay too.  

You can ask what you want. You are probably a middle level worker. But if a CEO asks what he wants, the girl has two choices, to accede to his demands or give up the job. putting her in that spot is a crime in the modern world.

The scenario is quite similar. except the actress here is a freelancer and can find work elsewhere, so not such a big deal. But it does constitute harassment.
