Bro, 

Emergency lights vesi kurchunte, any cop passing by at that time will come and check to see if everything is okay. In that case, you can still get a dui for being drunk and having the keys in ignition. You don’t necessarily have to drive to get a DUI. I am glad nothing happened but just an FYI. I hope there won’t be a next time but just in case take your keys off ignition and sit in the rear seat.

correct ji.... I heard the same thing.... 

today I had a discussion with some friends frnd frnd .... Cops in San Jose wait near the temple pub and watches the ppl how they are going and what is the position... if there is any suspicious activity like he might have drunk and sat in the car , when he starts the car, cops will come and take that man to jail....
