Better to go with employer provided insurance or outside... ?

and employer will take cash for that no need of taxes

ippude america ki vacchinattu unnav... insurance can start from monthly $50 to $500 and above per person. 

it's like asking car/phone yentha ki vasthundhi ani. price ni batti quality and service untundhi.
