Regarding Dropbox

Hello Folks,

I am working for a X company, now that X company is bought by Y company. I am working since 3 years for the X company and also went for stamping with that company before.

The question is as the Y company bought X, for the EH4 stamping for my spouse can we use the Dropbox option or do we need to go for stamping? Also in the DS-160, which company should I list as a petitioner?

if you meet all requirements of dropbox.. yes you can.

 

Check in ustraveldocs by filling all details. it will show whether you/your spouse eligible or not.

 

For the petitioner.. ask your attorney.
