Consulting is much more challenging than FTE. There is a true incentive to work hard and deliver good projects. Unfortunately Republicans are not the party of Lincoln nor true capitalists. Just cronies. Left is truly the party of free markets, personal accountability and a force or good. Rights and trumpkins wants jobs by right of birth, and sitting on their bums.

I beg to differ. Idea of a nation, states, borders, religion, languages and everything is BS from past. "One World One Humanity". A Single goal is to preserve and sustain life in earth and make life multi-planetary.  If one doesn't understand this, then they are an ignorant earthling from past which has no purpose in life other than to merely procreate and produce more methane and C02, cuz someone else before them did the same...

consulting is much better than FTE if not for the mess of consulting on H1B. Unless the company or work is cutting edge FTE becomes boring in 1 year

what you are proposing is open border free market. In open border free market,the lowest paid candidate will always get thejob and that is what left wants.

it is also asking if client has displaced any US workers(ex.Disney) adi next to impossible for mesthri to know. No of employees at client site ani asking adhi for all practical purposes it might be 1 or 2 for most mesthris at most clients. So assalu employer employee relation ela undi ani adugutadu.

H1B consultants better have a backup plan if this LCA rule comes

So basically he wants to remove the Contracting system in USA. Either they need to offshore the work or hire people as fulltime.

but I think this might not work out as they are quite a few Prime Vendors who are big enough for Lobbying and have this stalled
