So opt & h4 were never an issue.. except for the fact less than 10k are in IT This data is released as part of Buy American and Hire American Executive Order data. See the following selective items, especially H-4 EAD and Compelling Circumstances EAD as of June in 2017: DACA: 360,389 Green Card Applicants: 188,005 OPT: 112,890 Refugees: 70,942 Parole: 51,362 STEM OPT: 33,055 H-4 EAD: 36,389 (somewhat smaller in numbers than speculated) Compelling Circumstances I-140 EAD: 9 only.
