Hello Friends,

My friends vala oka different situation. She is currently FT on H4EAD ee H4EAD potadi emo ani H1 file chesaru lucky ga H1 pick ayindi and RFE vachindi and employer submitted the RFE waiting for decision.

Epudu situation enti ante oka vela H1 approve aithe is it OK she can still work for 1-2 months on H4EAD until she finds job on H1b since present company cannot  sponsor H1b.. Is it OK to do that for sometime to run payroll?

And can we do immediate H1b transfer if client is OK to do?

Need help and suggestions how to proceed.. Thank you friends

It's depends..if you have applied cos while applying h1 then its automatic

Can we apply for H4 immediately and after getting back and again start working after getting receipt? elago H4EAD vundi kadaa?  can we do that?
