Parents-British airways-Transit Visa

I saw this topic before but couldn't find this info in DB. My parents are coming to US. Do they need transit visa if it is through London (British Airways). As per the website info, they are ok to travel because they have valid US visa. But when I called the customer care, he asked me to call the UK embassy to confirm this. Anyone traveled recently in British airways? Appreciate the help.
